On-Line Banking Alert:

First Alliance Credit Union has been notified of a few instances where MEMBERS HAVE BEEN redirected to another web page when attempting to log into Internet Banking. This webpage contains the following message:
"We do not recognize the computer you are using. To continue with Online Banking, please provide the information requested below." (See image below)
The member is then prompted to enter their ATM or Debit Card Number, the Security Code from the signature line on the back of the card, the expiration date of the card, and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the card.
Ifthis information is filled out and submitted, the information supplied may be sent real-time to unknown parties.
We believe this particular scam is the result of a virus or malware downloaded to the member's computer. Members are advised to ensure that their antivirus software is current and if the problem still exists to seek a qualified repair specialist.

Please be advised that First Alliance Credit Union would never ask you for your Credit or Debit Card information.
If you receive this message, contact the credit union immediately.
