We are thrilled to be able to see you in person again (with your mask on, of course)! When you visit us you'll notice an exciting new feature in our lobby (and drive-up) called [Advisor Supported Kiosks](https://resources.firstalliancecu.com/advisor-supported-kiosks)! Our innovative Kiosks will provide you with fast, convenient service without losing the personal support only a human can provide. Come experience convenience, personalized and celebrate our Grand Reopening! Join us April 12th through April 16th during our [updated lobby hours](https://www.firstalliancecu.com/contact) of 9:00am to 5:00pm (M-F) and 9:00am to Noon (Sat). We are giving away free swag and one lucky winner will receive $250 in gift cards to local NE Rochester businesses! You can complete a transaction on the Kiosk or ask to receive a demo, either way don't forget to press the ASSIST button! Then we will help get you enrolled in our new Palm ID program. |
| **Step 3) Take a Photo with the Kiosks** After experiencing the Kiosk and enrolling in Palm ID, our Member Experience Advisors will take your photo next to the Kiosk and you'll officially enter the contest using our digital entry form.
