We are excited to announce that on Monday, June 14th 2021 we are (finally) reopening our 501 16th Street SE Rochester lobby! However, our drive-up services will temporarily close on this day as well, which means there will be no access to tube services, night drop or the ATM.
Why is the drive-up closing? Well we are glad you asked! We are completing exciting upgrades in the drive-up to create a more convenient and personalized experience for you. We plan to have the drive-up lanes ready for you again on June 28th. We will be sharing more details as the day get closer.
Our lobby will look a little different than before.
We are excited to have you back inside the branch! While the lobby was closed, we did some remodeling to create a more convenient and personalized experience for you! When you stop into the lobby, you'll see two Advisor Supported Kiosks where the teller line used to be. To get started using the Kiosks, our team will spend a brief moment with you to get you enrolled in our Palm ID program. This will allow you to use the palm of your hand to quickly and securely access all the teller services you need on the Kiosks, such as:
- Getting cash in $1, $5, $20 and $100
- Depositing cash and checks
- Making a loan payment
- Checking your balance
- Making transfers between accounts
- Cashing a check
- And so much more!
If you need to talk to a human though...
Just press the ASSIST button on the Kiosk screen at anytime! One of our friendly, helpful Kiosk Advisors (Amanda, Samantha, Josh, Wendy, or Mikenna) will be pulled up via a secure video call on the Kiosk screen to answer your account questions or help you complete your transactions. What if I need a loan or help opening an account?
Don't worry, you can still visit the branch to get the financial support you need for life's big (and small) moments! Our friendly Member Experience Advisors (Daniel, Erik, Heather, Sydney, and Jen) at the branch will be ready to help you to achieve your financial goals. We encourage you to book an appointment before you arrive to ensure our team can give you the personalized attention you deserve.
