We are excited to reopen our 320 Alliance Place NE Rochester lobby on Monday, March 15th, with temporarily extended hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday, and Saturdays 8:00am to Noon.
Why a temporary hours extension?
Because on Monday, March 15th we will also be temporarily closing our drive-up services, this includes:
- Teller services via drive-up tubes
- Night drop access
- ATM access
This closure will be through April 4th, as we are completing some very exciting upgrades to create a more convenient and personalized drive-up experience for you.
Also, our lobby will look a little different than before.
We have done some remodeling to create a more convenient and personalized experience for you in our lobby too! When you enter the branch (with your mask on, of course) you'll notice two Advisor Supported Kiosks where the teller line used to be. You'll be able to use your First Alliance debit card (and coming soon the palm of your hand) with our innovative Kiosks to access all the teller services you need, like:
- Getting cash in $1, $5, $20 and $100
- Depositing cash and checks
- Making a loan payment
- Checking your balance
- Making transfers between accounts
- Cashing a check
- And so much more!
If you need to talk to a human though, just press the ASSIST button on the Kiosk screen at anytime! One of our friendly, helpful Kiosk Advisors (they're real people, not robots) will be pulled up via a secure video call on the Kiosk screen to answer your account questions or help you complete your transactions.
What if I am stopping by for help with a loan application or opening new accounts? Don't worry! Our friendly Member Experience Advisors at the branch will be ready to help you to achieve your financial goals, big or small. We encourage you to book an appointment before you arrive to ensure our team can give you the personalized attention you deserve.
