Rochester, MN - In 2018, First Alliance Credit Union became the first business to join the Paws and Claws Humane Society’s Guardian Angel Program by sponsoring pets available for adoption. The credit union is once again covering adoption fees for pets currently available at Paws & Claws, Dolche, a senior Pomeranian with age related health issues,  a shy young cat named Ryan, and two young sister dogs, Deliliah and Alyria.

It's June, and that means it's Pet Month at First Alliance Credit Union! We are celebrating your furry family members all month long! Check out all of the awesome ways you can celebrate with us - from photo contests and donations to dog treats and savings accounts, Pet Month is a tail wagging good time! 

First Alliance Credit Union donated $8,500 to the Rochester Public School’s Student Nutrition Services. The funding will be used to pay down delinquent lunch accounts across the district, providing needed financial relief for many local families.

In June First Alliance Credit Union pledged to donate 10 pounds of pet food to Paws and Claws Humane Society for every new membership account opened during the month. The credit union is proud to announce they are able to supply the animal shelter with 2,000 pounds of pet food, along with additional supplies that were collected at their branches last month. The credit union will be spreading the food donation out over four months to ensure the shelter’s needs are being met as new animals arrive and are adopted.
