Advisor Supported Kiosks Are Coming To The Byron Branch

We are excited to announce we are bringing our innovative Advisor Supported Kiosks to our 1011 Tompkins Drive NE Byron branch! You'll quickly discover the Kiosks will make your banking experience more convenient without losing the personal touch only a human can provide. Before you can start using these awesome Kiosks, though, we need to prepare the drive-up and the lobby for their arrival.

Byron Drive Up Lanes Service Dates

During our short construction period starting Monday December 7, 2020 there are some important dates you need to know:

  • Beginning Monday, December 7th only drive up lane 1 will be available for use. 
  • Starting at Noon on Tuesday, December 8th, the drive up ATM will no longer be accessible.
  • Beginning at Noon on Monday, December 14th the traditional drive-up lanes will no longer be in service, rather two Advisor Supported Kiosks will be live to assist you with your transactions! You'll find the helpful Kiosks in the ATM Lane and Lane 2!
  • The Byron lobby is still currently closed, but we are planning to officially re-open the lobby in early January, we will share the exciting details as we get closer. During construction there maybe short periods of time when the lobby is open to accommodate members during the drive-up construction. However, please assume the lobby is closed unless signage at the branch indicates otherwise.

The Advisor Supported Kiosks will be available 24/7/365 for self-service transactions, with Advisor Support available from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday's 8:00am to Noon. To start using the Kiosk, simply insert your debit card and follow the prompts. Forgot your debit card? No problem, just tap the screen instead.

  • Exchange cash
  • Deposit up to 50 bills of cash and checks
  • Withdrawal up to 200 bills in cash
  • Make deposits and get cash back from the deposit

  • Make a cash withdrawal up to $500 in bills of your choice ($1, $5, $20, $100)
  • Get a cash advance with credit card if you know your PIN number
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Review account balances

Advisor Supported Transactions: To talk with a live Advisor on the Kiosk, simply press the ASSIST button on the screen at anytime during your transaction!
