First Alliance Credit Union Announces Partnership with Moka

Rochester, MN – Today, Moka officially announced plans for a new Rochester location as part of the First Alliance Credit Union building project off Commerce Drive.

“We love offering our coffee through locations that fit easily into your daily routine,” shared Greg LaPoint, COO of Moka. “When First Alliance Credit Union approached us about this partnership, we knew immediately this would be the optimal space for a new Moka location. The shared space with First Alliance, and the other partners, is the perfect opportunity to introduce our espresso, coffee and tea to the growing North West Rochester community.”

This will be Moka’s fourth location in Rochester. They have been a popular Rochester drive-through only coffee shop and recently added a counter service only location in the Peace Plaza. First Alliance Commons will be the first Moka location in Rochester to feature both their signature drive-through and counter service in the same location.

Along with Moka, the new First Alliance Credit Union branch will house three additional businesses, including Great Harvest Bread Company and a small community conference room, that surround a central common space. An official opening date for First Alliance Commons will be announced in the coming weeks.
